Bryanna Efird

Bryanna combines frontline clinical insight with entrepreneurial savvy to serve the Drayton Valley Health Services Foundation as an engaged and forward-thinking member of the Board of Directors. A registered nurse by training, she has worked across acute-care and community settings, honing deep knowledge of patient-centred practice, quality-assurance protocols, and interdisciplinary team leadership. Parallel to her nursing career, Bryanna founded and operates a private-sector health venture, giving her first-hand experience in strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business growth.

As a mother of six, Bryanna balances compassion and pragmatism—skills she channels into board deliberations on equipment purchases, program expansion, and long-term funding strategy. Her dual perspective—clinical rigour paired with entrepreneurial problem-solving—enables her to translate real-world healthcare needs into fiscally sound, high-impact initiatives for the Foundation.
